What information can I collect?
Queue Code has up to 14 fields of information for you to choose from including name, email, tel number, address, marketing preference, date of birth, and other. Additionally all data is date and time stamped meaning you can collect not just personal data, but also behavioural and demographic.
Ultimately it is the customer’s decision what information they wish to share.
How do I view the Information I have collected?
You are able to view and download the data you have collected via the Queue Code website. You will need ot log into your account on the queue-code.com website and visit your account, where you can request the information you need to download. Information contained in a scanned code is date and time stamped to help you identify where and when it was collected. Subscribers receive their information as a CSV file which can be imported directly into their business database.
I am running an event outside where there won't be any Wifi - is this an issue?
No. Queue Code uses 4G and does not need Wi-Fi.
My shop has staff with different skill sets - will they all be able to use Queue Code?
Queue Code has been specifically designed to be used by all ages and skillsets.
Scanning a Queue code requires a single operation where a smart device is held over a code. A successful scan is confirmed by a haptic buzz.
